Between 2015 and 2018, Valerii led technology strategy and architecture for the build-out of a licensed, technology-driven consumer-finance institution in China. The scope covered infrastructure, core software platforms, digital capabilities, data-driven decisioning and AI-enabled solutions, with cross-functional implementation across software engineering, infrastructure, business systems and technology-enabled process development.
