Consumer Finance Technology Platform & Infrastructure

Between 2015 and 2018, I led technology strategy and architecture for the build-out of a licensed consumer-finance institution in China. The scope covered infrastructure, core software platforms, digital channels, data-driven decisioning and AI-enabled capabilities. The scale and speed of the market made this a particularly intense period: technology, risk, operations and product had to evolve together rather than as separate programmes.
