Valerii led project delivery and solution architecture for this highly regulated business-critical platform, coordinating technology, operational, security and external-vendor requirements. In Nasdaq's 2020 interview, he explained that the move targeted performance, availability, sustainability and cost efficiency, while allowing faster provisioning and stronger operational agility.
