AIX Connect Mobile App & Platform-as-a-Service

AIX Connect was a mobile platform created to give retail investors direct access to exchange services while providing reusable capabilities for brokers and custodians. I managed product and engineering delivery, defined the solution architecture and supported integration with the wider exchange ecosystem. The challenge was to make a regulated capital-markets service feel simple on a mobile screen without hiding the controls and integrations needed behind it.
